Bendigo Sleep Lab will accept returns on any unopened product within 30 days of the original ship date. A 15% returns processing fee will be subtracted from the original cost and a credit for the difference will be issued. Shipping costs are not refundable. Please note that any product that has been opened cannot be returned.
To avoid this, we make every effort to help you be sure of sizes and features of all items prior to purchase. We offer detailed product pages, a mask sizing guide. All CPAP masks and parts come with a 3 month warranty period. Please note that any associated shipping cost to return merchandise to Bendigo Sleep Lab is not covered in any warranty situation.
No credits or refunds will be issued until we have received the products into our facilities and examined them.
A special note about masks:
Mask sizes vary, even between the different models by the same manufacturer. Just because you wear a medium mask in one model, do not assume you wear a medium in another. Check with us to be sure!
Legal Capacity to Transact
If you are under the age eighteen (18) years you cannot place orders with Bendigo Sleep Lab accepting these Terms and Conditions you acknowledge that you are over the age of eighteen (18) years. Should Bendigo Sleep Lab suffer any damage or other losses as a result of a transaction entered into by a minor, Bendigo Sleep Lab reserves the right to seek compensation for such losses from the parents or guardians of the minor who caused any order(s) to be placed with Bendigo Sleep Lab.
Bendigo Sleep Lab always seeks to list Products with the most competitive prices. Bendigo Sleep Lab reserves the right to change prices for Products displayed at Bendigo Sleep Lab at any time before you place an Order (catalogue or online). The price of products are shown in Australian Dollars (AUD) and excludes shipping costs. Shipping cost is quoted at the time of check out but may be recalculated based on how many and what items you place in your shopping cart.
Payment Methods and Processing
Bendigo Sleep Lab currently accepts Cash (for Pick Up orders), Visa, MasterCard and Bank Deposit. Payment processing will not begin until we receive all the information we need. Orders placed on a weekend or a Public holiday will not begin payment processing until the next business day. Business days are Monday through Friday, & Saturday mornings by appointment, excluding VIC Public holidays. We process credit card and Bank Deposit payments after you click the “Submit My Order” button. Where you pay by Bank Deposit you must pay the price payable in Australian dollars as indicated on your Order Confirmation within 5 days from the date that you receive your Order Confirmation. If a Bank Deposit payment is not received within 7 days from the date that you receive your Order Confirmation, Bendigo Sleep Lab reserves the right to cancel the transaction. Where you pay by Bank Deposit a tax invoice will be sent to you via email after your payment has been confirmed. Your tax invoice is your proof of purchase.
Delivery of Your Products
Delivery time takes up to 10 working days from the date your payment is received. Please note that Bank Deposit payments take 1-2 business days to process. In all instances estimated delivery times will be displayed at the checkout for your Product. Bendigo Sleep Lab makes every effort to deliver your Product according to the estimated delivery times provided by Bendigo Sleep Lab at checkout. The estimated delivery times are in business days (Monday through Friday) excluding Public holidays. Although every effort is made to ship your Order according to the estimated delivery times provided, estimated ship times may change due to changes in supply or circumstances beyond our control. If your Product has not arrived after the estimated delivery time, please contact us here. Unless otherwise agreed by us, we will deliver your Products to the address indicated on your Order Confirmation.
If no-one is available to take delivery of your Products, our carrier will either be carded or your order can be left at your front door . Where delivery is by our courier service and no-one is available to take delivery, they will leave a card requesting you to telephone them to arrange a suitable time and date for delivery. We will use our reasonable efforts to deliver your Products to you within the estimated delivery time indicated on your Order Confirmation; however, we do not guarantee that we will deliver within this time frame. Title and risk of loss to all Products will pass to you on delivery.
We want your products to arrive quickly and at the best shipping rate we can offer. Shipping charges are calculated based on product size, weight and the geographical region of the delivery address. Estimated shipping charges from our Bendigo Office are based on product size, weight and delivery zone.

Disposal of Personal Information
Once your transaction is finalized, both the electronic and hard-copy information is securely archived. After a period of 7 years both the electronic and hard-copy information is destroyed.
